Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE when you choose to ship with USPS. Shipping fees will apply if you choose to ship by FedEx.

Items will be shipped within Monday to Friday within one day from the date of purchase. For security purposes, we are unable to ship out on Saturday and a signature will be required on ALL deliveries.

Take the worry out of online shopping with our 30-Day return policy.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and our 30-day return policy provides you time to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Any item except custom orders may be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

Custom ordered merchandise, including: sized, engraved, and any merchandise that has been special ordered from the designer are not returnable. Deposits for special/custom orders are not refundable.

How to Prepare a Return

  1. Package your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond grading report and that report is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Johannes Hunter Jewelers, Jewels, or Jewelry, anywhere on the outside of the box.
  2. Insure Your Package.
    1. Items less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Johannes Hunter Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
    2. Items more than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Johannes Hunter Jewelers.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
    3. Items more than $10,000: High value returns often require special arrangements.
